Familiar malfunction-unable to turn on infrared lamps or light lamp

Please first cut off the power to tighten lamps. Later turn on switch to check if lamps can work. If not, cut off the power again to replace the broken lamp with a workable lamp from the bathroom heater. Turn on the switch again, if the replacement can work, it means you need to replace the broken lamp. For the infrared lamp, please go to local agent for replacement under guarantee.
